If you don't like the item, you have 14 days to send it back to us.
Simply go through your customer account and you will find a return guide with all the instructions. If you need to change a size, we will send you the package again within a few days, subject to stock availability, at our expense.
When we receive the item(s), we either exchange it or refund you. It's up to you.
How can I track my package?
When your package is sent, we send you a confirmation by email or SMS to make sure you receive it. In it, you have the link that allows you to track the progress of your delivery, so you don't take a half-day off for nothing.
What should I do if I have not received my package?
If you are not present during the delivery, the carrier should normally leave a "notice of passage." On this notice, it is indicated when the carrier should pass again, or where the package has been deposited.
Sometimes the carrier does not leave a notice of passage. So we advise you to regularly check the status of your delivery via the parcel tracking number that was sent to you in the delivery tracking email and text message.
If your package is announced as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your concierge or neighbors if they have not received it on your behalf.
If your package is announced as "Returned to Sender," please contact our customer service.

Performance
Thermal resistance: The thermal conductivity of a material is a measure of its ability to conduct heat. Heat transfer occurs at a lower rate in materials of low thermal conductivity than in materials of high thermal conductivity. Correspondingly, materials of high thermal conductivity are widely used in heat sink applications, and materials of low thermal conductivity are used as thermal insulation. The reciprocal of thermal conductivity is called thermal resistivity.
Grin-through reduction: Grin-though is an effect caused by stretching of the substrate, that causes spandex to loose color when colored fabric is elongated. Reduced grin-through make colors look deeper and more vivid.
Durable chlorine resistance: Designed to overcome spandex’s vulnerability to damage by chlorine. It prevents spandex degradation by the chlorine element used for swimming pool sterilization and the chlorine bleach used for laundry washing and processing. It is applied to swimwear and improves fabric durability.
